Three worries. Three promises in writing.

The worry: “Will this slow my business down?”

Low disruption

We work with the systems you already have.

We modernize in stages while the business keeps running, instead of ripping everything out at once. Changes are tested before going live.

The worry: “What will it cost, and will it run over?”

Fixed price

A fixed price, agreed up front.

No hourly billing and no surprise invoices. Each stage has a written scope and a price.

The worry: “Who fixes it when something breaks?”

We stay

A team that stays after launch.

The people who built it are the people who support it. Many of our clients have been with us for years.

Four services

Built around the software you have today.

We work in React, Angular, Node.js, Python, Django, Ruby on Rails, React Native, Swift, Kotlin, PostgreSQL, AWS, Terraform, Kubernetes and LLM APIs.

No big-bang rewrites.

We modernize underneath while the business keeps operating. You see a fixed price before every stage, and nothing goes live until it's tested.

Questions owners ask on the first call.

Something else on your mind? Ask it on the review call. That's what it's for.

What does IT Crowd do?

IT Crowd modernizes, builds and supports the software growing US companies run on. We upgrade legacy systems in stages, connect AI to the software you already have, build custom web and mobile software, and stay on to support it after launch. We've been doing this since 2009.

How much does it cost?

Most clients start with a free 2-hour systems review, then a fixed-price discovery sprint ($5,000–$15,000, two to four weeks) that ends with a fixed quote for each stage. Ongoing work is a flat monthly fee: dedicated engineers from $6,000/month and fractional CTO from $4,000/month. You're never billed by the hour. You get a fixed price, and a team that stays after launch.

Will this disrupt my business?

Very little. We modernize in stages behind the scenes, and each piece goes live only after it's tested. Your team keeps working in the tools they know until the new piece is ready.

Do you replace our systems or work with what we have?

We work with what you have. Most companies don't need a rebuild. They need their existing system upgraded and connected. If a rebuild really is cheaper, we'll show you the numbers for both.

How do you use AI?

Two ways. We connect AI agents and automations to your existing systems so they work on your real data, and our engineers use AI tools to deliver faster. Either way, AI only touches what you approve.

Who does the work, and where?

Experienced engineers on the IT Crowd team, working remotely from Latin America in time zones that overlap the full US business day, in fluent English. You meet the people who will work on your project before it starts.

Who owns the code?

You do. 100% of the code and intellectual property transfers to you, in writing.

What happens after launch?

The team that built your software stays on to support it on a flat monthly plan. When something breaks, you reach engineers who already know your system.

Who do you work with, and who don't you?

We work best with US companies of roughly 20 to 250 people whose business runs on software, plus private equity firms modernizing portfolio companies. We're not the right fit if you're shopping for the lowest hourly rate.

How fast can we start?

You can book a systems review this week. A discovery sprint typically starts within one to two weeks of that call.

Show us what you run. We'll tell you what it takes.

In two hours, a senior engineer will look at what you run, tell you honestly what it would take to fix, and give you a rough cost. No pitch, no obligation.
