What we collect

The contact form. Your name, work email, company, the topic you pick and your message. They reach the IT Crowd team by email so we can reply.

The site assistant. The assistant on this site runs on Minimal (minimal.lat). The IT Crowd team reads the conversations to answer and improve the assistant. That includes anything you type, and the name and email you choose to leave or send through one of its forms. The assistant keeps a session ID in your browser's local storage so a conversation continues while you browse.

Booking a call. The "Book a free 2-hour systems review" button opens Google Calendar's booking page, where you enter your name and email to schedule the call.

Analytics. We use Google Tag Manager to load tools that measure how the site is used, such as which pages are visited.

How we use it

Only to reply to you, prepare and follow up on the conversation you started, and understand how the site is used.

Who else handles it

These providers process data for us to run the site and handle your messages: Amazon Web Services (hosting and contact form delivery), Minimal (the site assistant, including the AI model provider it uses to generate answers), Google (Calendar booking and Tag Manager) and our email provider. We don't sell your personal information.

Cookies

Analytics tools loaded through Google Tag Manager may set cookies to count visits. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. We don't respond to browser Do Not Track signals.

Where it's processed

Our team works remotely from Latin America, so your messages may be read and stored outside the United States.

Your choices

Write to hello@itcrowd.dev to see, correct or ask us to delete what you sent us, including assistant conversations. We'll confirm when it's done. Don't type passwords, payment details or other sensitive information into the form or the assistant.

When this page changes, we update the date at the top.
